Tips:

1)       If a contact has only a first name and NuanceVoiceControl™ is having a hard time with the recognition of that contact, adding a last name to the contact will help  NuanceVoiceControl™ to better recognize your request for that Contact.

2)       Website names are often difficult for the system to recognize.  For unusual website names, please spell the site name the first time you use it.  For example, say "Goto Website   'M' 'Y' 'S' 'I' 'T' 'E' .com.  You should not have to spell the site name is subsequent requests.

3)       Remember, to dial a number, use the "Dial" command followed by the number.  Do not use the "Call" command for dialing numbers.
